Trakprops is run on the premise of caring for existing and potential clients. This is constantly encouraged within the company's structures as we seek to constantly improve our service delivery, performance and skills within the construction sector.

From humble beginnings of undertaking small renovations, Trakprops is now geared towards, and involved with, construction projects of a contract value in excess of R8m.

Our Objective

To become a diversified and highly professional construction company in our province of KZN.

To provide our clients with superior quality services in a cost-effective and reliable manner.

To set ourselves apart by understanding the fundamentals of any given project and to regard the assignment as being a journey rather than a destination.
